The ESD Board shall receive no compensation for their services, but shall be reimbursed for all traveling and other expenses necessarily incurred in performing their duties as members of the Board.
Board members may be reimbursed, when paid admission is required of the general public, for attending ESD activities as part of their responsibilities of being informed about ESD related operations. The ESD will establish accounting procedures consistent with this policy.
