DFD – Providing Space, Other Facilities and Services

The Board may provide space for the offices of other education, employment training and human services agencies or organizations.
Facilities and services may also be provided to component school districts or a combination of components through the ESD’s local service plan or by other agreement.
Additionally, entrepreneurial facilities and services may be provided to noncomponent school districts and other public and private entities if the services are part of the local service plan, the services are provided pursuant to a business plan and the primary purpose of the services is to address a need of component school districts.
Such facilities and services shall be provided at an agreed-to cost.
The district shall not sponsor, financially support or participate in religious activities in providing space, other facilities and services.
The superintendent will develop administrative regulations as needed for the implementation of this policy, including application forms and fees as may be necessary.
