The Board may accept gifts and bequests of money for the establishment and conduct of child guidance clinics and for other purposes consistent with the powers and duties of the district. All public gifts to the ESD will be approved by the Board prior to their acceptance. The Board will officially acknowledge the gifts and thank the donors.
All gifts received become the property of the district.
Gifts accepted shall be used for the purpose for which they were donated.
The Board may refuse to accept donations that it deems not to be in the district’s best interest.
